Admissions Requirements

1. Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Background Check: A clear criminal background check is required for all law enforcement and security training courses.
3. Physical Fitness: Some courses, particularly CLEET training, require a certain level of physical fitness.
4. Firearm Requirements: For courses involving firearms, applicants must be legally allowed to own and handle a firearm in Oklahoma.
5. Application: Complete the Rayanu Di’vine Education & Training School application form, including submission of required documents.

Courses Offered

CLEET Phase 1: Introduction to Security

• Course Length: 20 hours
• Cost: $100
• Description: This introductory training covers legal powers and limitations, public relations, interpersonal skills, emergency response, and key provisions of the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act.

Phase 2: 

• Course Length: 20 hours
• Cost: $100
• Description: This course prepares you for the role of an unarmed private security guard. You’ll develop skills in writing accurate field notes, enhancing observation abilities, patrolling techniques, and investigative procedures.

Phase 3: PI – Private investigator

• Course Length: 35 hours
• Cost: $350
• Description: This course focuses on advancing skills in surveillance, investigations, communication, and court testimony. It highlights the importance of building and maintaining client trust while covering key topics such as federal and state statutes, contracts, and disclosures.

Phase 4: Armed Guard

• Course Length: 35 hours (includes 2 days on the shooting range and 2 days in the classroom)
• Cost: $500
• Description: Completion of Phase I/II or Phase I/III, minimum age of 21, and passing the MMPI test. This course meets Oklahoma’s requirements for Armed Security and Armed Private Investigator Licensing. Training includes 12 hours of classroom instruction and 20 hours of on-range practice, covering weapon safety, nomenclature, and shooting fundamentals per CLEET standards. Participants must attend all sessions, score 85% or higher on tests, and pass CLEET Phase IV to qualify for licensing. Personal equipment, including weapon, holster, and 400-450 rounds of new ammunition, is required. Background check and fingerprints needed. No weapons allowed on campus. Classes held at TCSO Range.

Phase 5: Bail Enforcement Agent

• Course Length: 35 hours
• Cost: $450
• Description: A bounty hunter is a private agent working for a bail bondsman who captures fugitives or criminals for a commission or bounty. 

OCA Spray Certification

• Course Length: 2 hours
• Cost: $75
• Description: This certification course teaches the proper deployment of pepper spray for self-defense and law enforcement purposes. Topics covered include legal implications, usage techniques, and aftercare procedures for decontamination.

Baton and Handcuff Certification

• Course Length: 3 hours
• Cost: $100
• Description: This training focuses on the correct and legal use of batons and handcuffs. Participants learn critical safety and control techniques, as well as de-escalation strategies to prevent excessive force.

First Responders/CPR and First Aid Certification

• Course Length: 8-12 hours
• Cost: $100 – $150
• Description: This essential course equips participants with life-saving first aid, CPR, and AED skills. Ideal for law enforcement and security professionals, this training prepares students to handle medical emergencies until professional help arrives.

Active Shooter Response Training

• Course Length: 3 hours
• Cost: $150
• Description: This course prepares individuals to respond to active shooter situations. Students learn situational awareness, tactical responses, and survival strategies, participating in scenario-based exercises that simulate real-life situations.

Handgun Self-Defense Course

• Course Length: 2 hours
• Cost: $100
• Description: This course focuses on defensive handgun techniques, with an emphasis on threat assessment, situational awareness, and responsible firearm use. It is designed for individuals looking to improve their self-defense skills while staying within legal limits.

Additional Information

Refund Policy: Rayanu Di’vine Education & Training School adheres to the Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 565:10-11-3 regarding the refund policy for private vocational schools. The following guidelines apply to all students:

1. Full Refund: A student is entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid if they withdraw within three business days of signing the enrollment agreement or contract, provided the course has not commenced. If the course has begun within the three business days, the school will retain a portion of the tuition corresponding to the hours of instruction provided.
2. Prorated Refund: After the three-day cancellation period, students who withdraw or are terminated after the start of the course but before completion will receive a prorated refund of tuition based on the percentage of course hours completed. The refund is calculated as follows:
   • If the student completes 10% or less of the course, they are entitled to a 90% refund of the tuition.
   • If the student completes between 11% and 25% of the course, they are entitled to a 75% refund of the tuition.
   • If the student completes between 26% and 50% of the course, they are entitled to a 50% refund of the tuition.
   • If the student completes more than 50% of the course, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Calculation: Refunds will be calculated based on the last date of attendance and the number of hours completed. Any refundable fees for books, materials, or supplies that are returned in good condition within 20 days of withdrawal will also be included in the refund calculation.
4. Timeframe for Refunds: All refunds will be issued within 30 days of the student’s official withdrawal date or the date the school determines the student has withdrawn.
5. Course Cancellation: If the school cancels a course before it begins, students are entitled to a full refund of all tuition and fees paid. If the course is canceled after it begins, students will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees for the canceled portion of the course.
6. Refund Exceptions: Refunds are not available for students who are terminated due to misconduct, failure to meet academic requirements, or other violations of school policy after 50% of the course has been completed.
